Dead Sea mud clay originates from the shores and ancient lake beds of the Dead Sea, a hypersaline lake bordering Israel and Jordan. Over thousands of years, mineral-rich alluvial soil washed into the sea, where intense evaporation concentrated massive amounts of essential minerals within the clay.
